The basics
jetpricecalculator.com is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker trading as Jet Price Calculator. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Broker, not airline
Jet Price Calculator is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. Once you book, the operating carrier holds operational control and its captain has the final word on safety, weather, weight and routing.
Calculator results
The calculator applies a simple model to typical market rates. Its results are informational estimates, not offers, and real prices move with aircraft position, date, demand, fuel, airport limits and each operator’s pricing.
Quotes and confirmation
No quote is binding until both sides sign a charter agreement. The operating carrier’s name and certificate details are disclosed in writing before you book, and every flight remains subject to the operator confirming aircraft and crew.
Taxes, fees and extras
Our quotes include federal excise tax, segment fees and applicable international taxes. Variable items, such as de-icing, extra waiting or overnight costs, or changes you ask for, are described in the quote together with how they are charged.
Payment and cancellation
Deposits, payment deadlines and cancellation fees are governed by your charter agreement and depend on the operator and on timing.
Travellers’ obligations
Give accurate passenger and luggage information, carry valid documents and follow operator rules on baggage, pets and restricted items. Pets need the operator’s approval.
Using the site fairly
No false requests, automated scraping or attempts to disrupt the site, and no commercial reuse of its content without our permission.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jet Price Calculator and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from the acts of operating carriers, airports or authorities, from weather, or from other causes beyond reasonable control. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited.
Which law applies
The laws of the United States and the State of New York govern these terms and any dispute about them.
Changes
We may revise these terms, and the current version always appears on this page.
