Who receives my request?
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Jet Price Calculator. Calculator inputs you never submit stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Jet Price Calculator is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
What do you collect when I ask for a quote?
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The trip: airports, dates, passengers, trip type, any aircraft preference, the estimate you saw and your notes.
- The page that referred you and any campaign tags, such as utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign, in the link you used.
What is it used for?
Three things only: pricing your trip and replying with options, arranging the flight if you book, and, if you opted in, emailing occasional offers such as empty legs. The opt-in box stays unchecked unless you check it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it?
The operating carrier for your flight and the providers we need to quote and book it: for example the operator’s dispatch team, any car or catering you request, and the services that host the site and send our email. We never sell it, rent it out or hand it to advertisers.
How long is it kept?
As long as the trip needs it, plus whatever period tax and accounting law requires. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
Can I see, fix or delete it?
Yes. You have the right to access, correct or delete your information; simply reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form and tell us which you want.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
No analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. At most, essential cookies are used to deliver the site.
Is it secure?
The site is served over HTTPS and only the team handling your trip can read your request. Even so, leave passport and card numbers out of the notes.
What about children?
The site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly gather data from children, and for a minor travelling with you the booking adult provides what the operator needs.
Will this policy change?
If it does, the update appears on this page with a revised effective date.
